Amtel Properties was established in 2005. The company is focused on the real estate development and property management in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Georgia.

Amtel Properties is aimed at developing quality business infrastructure for its clients. Company’s portfolio consists of well-balanced and self-contained assets in mid-level commercial and residential real estate.

Today Amtel Properties has 15 projects with a total area over 1 million square metres. The properties include business parks, logistics complexes, hotels, shopping centres and residential developments.

The projects are managed by highly professional country-based teams with many years of experience in real estate development, capable of undertaking complex large scale developments and managing properties thereafter.

Amtel Properties owns a 4* Iris Congress Hotels and Orbita Technopark in Moscow, Citadines Freedom Square Tbilisi apart-hotel in Georgia, etc. Amtel Properties is developing a business park Orbita-2 in Moscow and a country resort Hilton Garden Inn New Riga. The first phase of a Class A logistics complex in Ukraine was put into operation at the end of 2011.

Though the majority of group's projects are in Moscow and St. Petersburg, Amtel Properties also has properties under development in Ukraine, Belarus and Georgia.
